As i see it theres is little to no stress in what you are doing due to the stem being so young and flexible. šŸ˜Œ That being said it does not look like you have done anything that harms the plant. Im not really into all the fancy growth methods but i would say that you should usually wait . @EntOfDenmark a friend of mine have recently been attempting LST aswell and he started at day 16 when the plant was a great deal more developed. Happy growing champ and good luck with your project,šŸ˜

Give her about two more weeks before you start, she should have at least 4 nods.

yes, as there is not much benefit or effect from it. Too early also raises risk of stunting it or causing some weird growth -- leaf growth can be eerily similar to re-vege leaves. might pop a single bladed leaf or 3 instead of progressing 3-5-7-9- ... The weird growth wouldn't be a concern but looks fugly for sure. Probably a bit less surface area, so could have a small measureable effect? good job anchoring that bottom. that is more important than some realize. Reduces stress on roots and keeps it in 1 position instead of slowly being pulled one way that becomes much more obvious with time - tearing roots and just making the plant waste more energy correcting it's direction of growth against vector of gravity. one note - try to shape the bend in the stem. Bend it in a few places fairly close together to it shapes the stem into a 90-degree or whatever angle you desire. The cheap little plastic plant trainers are great to retain the shape as it becomes rigid and the top tie down simply moves out as it grows. Even though it does become 'mostly' rigid, you still need to keep everything tied down or it will creep upwward even if you don't notice the incremental change day-to-day. The benders do get removed as the stem thickness reaches size limits of the little contraptions.

Personally I like them to get established a bit more and let them get 4-6 nodes before doing any training. A good foundation is vital.

It is a bit early really but you have only bent over. Iā€™d suggest waiting for 3-4 sets of leaves to grow. Definitely no topping or leaf removal yet tho. Patience pal
