Should I place power strip / outlet surge protector outside the growing space or can I leave it inside bolted on the top closet wall?
Closet is 16.27 ft³ or 0.46 m³.

you can have the power strip in the tent if you have room for it.
When i had a 60x60x160cm tent i had to keep as much equipment on top of the tent to make up for the tiny tent.
i cant see any reason other that space, as to why you shouldnt have it inside.
