Seems to be on only one of the leaves but am worried that it could happen to others just wondering what this could be. The plant is around 3-4 weeks from planting

It is nothing.
A fairly common occurrence in cannabis, a bit like "freckles" in humans.
If it were a deficiency, it would be showing up in multiple leaves, not just one.
No need to worry and no need to do anything.

Did you accidentally spill some water, mixed with synthetic nutrients, on this leaf?
Since this is only on one leaf, I'd say it might be it
