I am a newbie. Air-pots and coco coir with mycorrhiza. And all what was said before but I think starting auto in smaller pot doesn’t help to establish root system faster.

Autos don't 'flip' to flowering. They do it when they're ready. You're flowers aren't ready at 4 weeks just clarifying that. An with Fox farm you do 4th week twice and there's another week you'll do twice. You could probably add 1/4 tsp of open sesame to your nutes next feed

good advice below about this. aerated mediums, not to much water, or light or heat. adding in some microbes is also not a bad idea. fulvic acids can helps a bit too. Most of the root development will be strain specific and from its genetics. Good Luck!

simple stuff ... like having the proper aeration properties in your substrate... not overdosing with nutes or magical gimmicks... don't waterlog them... keep it simple.

It’s commonly accepted that you shouldn’t transplant autos but maybe in smaller pots to start with. You would need to do a very gentle transplant though . Growing hydroponic like DWC makes roots and plants grow the fastest by far. Soil being the slowest. Just do everything right will help.
