It is questionable. There is no perlite in your substrate. No drainage, no air. I think the discoloration is a root issue. Really depends what they are growing in. If it is soil the it don't look promising. Minimum 30 percent course perlite is ideal.

I think they'll survive but will propably turn in to a mutated looking plant. I've had similar and grown them further but ended up cutting them down.

All you can do is love them and help them to be the best they can. I have a little plant that was sad and I honestly wasn’t sure if it would make it. It’s growing a bit odd now but is making it just fine. I’m glad I didn’t just get rid of her and start over. Now if she grows to be the most amazing ever.. I’ll feel even better because it was a bad start that worked out well 🤞Good luck with yours 🍀

sadly this looks like some genetic defect. i would not count on it growing into a healthy plant. i would start over.

The color indicates there is something not right, but with the proper care, yes, they will survive.

First plant looks fine, new leaves are growing almost normal, next set will be better. Second plant doesn't look so good, but with proper care - sure it will be okay.
