Question about light distance for 1 week old plant

Hello everyone! I am completely new grower. I am using 150W LED with a distance of 60cm from the plant. The lux meter is showing 31000 LUX measured from the plant. Is this optimal for that stage? I also have a dimmer on my lamp which is set to maximum
