Question about light distance for 1 week old plant

Hello everyone!
I am completely new grower.
I am using 150W LED with a distance of 60cm from the plant.
The lux meter is showing 31000 LUX measured from the plant.
Is this optimal for that stage? I also have a dimmer on my lamp which is set to maximum

look in your lights manual or website for that model on suggested hang heights.
Normally it is something like 25% at 20-25" for seedlings then 50% in veg and then 100% in flower.
But all lights are different so check your guidelines for it. Or post the brand and model in question
