Would it be beneficial to defoliate during the stage in flowering ? If so what should I be focusing on when defoliating?

At week 6 into flowering I wouldn’t defoliate. All it will do at this point is piss your lady off. I would only remove and leaves VERY selectively and minimally if it’s blocking light to a bud or if it’s completely crispy and dead or something
