mi rivolgo a chi possiede i 2 inkbird per controllo umidità/temperatura, che valori dovrei tenere negli stage di vegetativa e poi in fioritura per evitare che umidificatore e estrattore si accendano e si spengano continuamente? ho una box 40x40x140 che valori usate/usereste voi?

Temps and humidity targets need to compliment each other.
if you don't want to be that specific, 40% to less than 65% rh and 22-30C temps are safe ranges.
probably better to be on higher part of RH range for vege phase. Somewhere near the middle in flower 50-55%.
Read up on "Vapor Pressure Deficit" .. get the gist of why temps and rh need to compliment each other. VPD dictates rate of transpiration which dictates how quickly the plant drinks. There are a wide range of suggesetions for each life cycle stage, so i won't bother listing them. Even though the 'optimal' is not mapped out, if you want to experiement, this is how you need to measure it to compare apples to apples.
