Waaaaaaay over fed............just plain water and no nutrients for the next 10 days. In soil it should be a schedule of plain water/plain water/feed/plain water/plain water/feed............ Giving 7-8 different fertilizers is not the best idea. Feeding a little bit regularly rather than lots often is the best way to go. Bat guano is potent and should not be given any more frequently than once every 2 weeks in my experience.

More than a few things can cause tip burn -- both deficiencies and toxicities... so if it's slow-moving, i'd wait for some other visible symptoms. If it does not get worse, i'd ignore it unless absolutely sure of the cause. These pictures look like they were taken in regular lighting and not grow lights? if so, they are not dark (lush). I would go easy on nitrogen she is pretty dark green. And provides little more phosphorus and potassium. She looks like she is starting to flower
