More than a few things can cause tip burn -- both deficiencies and toxicities... so if it's slow-moving, i'd wait for some other visible symptoms. If it does not get worse, i'd ignore it unless absolutely sure of the cause.
These pictures look like they were taken in regular lighting and not grow lights? if so, they are not dark (lush). I see no signs of a N-tox. if it is gloosy, then maybe.. but they look like a good color to me.

you can see all the ones that can potentially cause tip burn, then cross reference other symptoms seen.. where it is on plant, how it progresses... it will be unfamiliar at first but if you force yourself to do this while aslo asking for help here, you'll start to get familiar with it faster.
