Root Mass in DWC & Leaf Damage

Afternoon all. Looking for some guidance. First time grow, using 19L Oxypot. currently 8 weeks old today from seed. Everything was going well until I noticed leaf damage. Yesterday. I didn’t realise there would be so much root this early. I’m wondering if it’s root bound? Trim?
