I already put this question online, but didn´t asked it right.She is in w3 of flowering and as the buds develope, i can see some strange collors. Its like yellow brownisch amber collor thats starts to show. On the inside of the bud, also the small leaves on the buds.Mold, fungus?

Can't tell 100% from this picture or the other..
pistils changing colors could indicate senescence (simply end of life and dying) or they are pollinated. Look for sacs/nanners in canopy.
If it is mold and you see a browning on the outside, there will be a grey/white fuzz underneath the buds along the stem.. this would be a problem, if so. The buds/calyx plant material would be brownish or off-color. Any brown or yellow hues in the calyxes would be bad. Also, sugar leaves would be dying off fairly fast. Usually see this before you realize something is lurking under the buds along stem.
purple in the calyxes is not a problem.
