?? Should I increase distance between light and plant and raise light power- or bring lights closer to plants and lower power- I can’t use factory recommend because of light stress- am I overdoing lights? I have 3-130 watt LEDs & 1-100 watt led in a 3x4 room- not tent Thanks

If you do not have a par meter you can do either/or. I would just reduce the wattage output of the LED's. Easier than moving your lights back and forth. At least wait until they're in flower and done stretching.
