I want to know why I am having new problems with some of my plants that I didn’t face before. One of them the leaves are curling in and another one is definitely dying and I don’t understand. I am using organic methods.

First photo mechanical damage from rubbing to tent, wind damage or heat .
Second , under/overwatering , possibly root bound due small pot or overwatering and heavy overfeed aka nitrogen toxicity.

Organic nutrients is not a panacea for all issues.
It’s still possible to overfeed using organic nutrients.
Although I cannot say what exactly is wrong with your plants.
