Is humidity important to nutrition intake

2 tents with same grow condition the only difference is humidity( 40 vs 60), same feeding same light, the one with lower humidity have stunt grow, new leaves grow long and narrow dlender, bud small, leaves are green but curling down, last run have to flush and lower N in feeding
