Most indoor plants get them really bright yellow ones sometimes call house mushrooms. High strength P fertilizers normally cause these not to grow. If the plant looks healthy your good to go. Note that if you reuse that medium or mix it into something else you are also transplanting that mushroom into the new pot. and its mushroom cap means it was releaseing spores so more mushrooms could grow.
