Sagging plant dark shiny leaves wrinkly leaves

I absolutely can not figure out this plant all the others are doing fine but this one is constantly sagging it obviously got too much nitrogen but I dialed it back and still won’t perk up idk what to do about it. maybe it’s a vpd issue ?? Temps max at 80f and 50% humidity

Look at the roots. Appears overwatered. Could be a drainage issue of salt buildup.
