Problems since changing to led

With the burn pattern on the edges of the leaves I’d definitely say light burn. You have a 720w light at 25% but don’t say how far away. Looks to be clones as well which starting out don’t tolerate intense lights in the beginning. I would raise the light

I’ve bought discount clones that looked similar to those. Those plants have serious root issues and will need weeks (and weeks) of TLC. Lower light levels, being careful about watering, you don’t list your temps but they need a good amount of heat under LEDs. I always run 85-89 during veg.. If you have access to fresh clones I would use those and toss these out. I’ve spent the time recouping sick plants, when I could’ve bought new heathy starts, and they will pass the sick ones anyway
