I think you can lower that light a little bit but it looks like that it dont have much power how much watt ?
The plant ist maybe dropy cause youre over watering ? The roots need drytimes to breath 👍🏽

the leaf should not wet on the upside they can burn from the light, and what for light you have how much power ?
im think its to low or you use a flower light.
