I noticed these spots on the leaves. I did not discover thrips at first sight.

if not pests, then ph swing.
25 k lux a bit too much for seedling, dont go above 20 till you have 5th nod.

Called Saturation, Leaves sweat and dry in the light, because first leaves are weak af they twist themselves a bit from the liquid. Nothing to worry about, i rarely have seedlings that doesnt have it, but you can turn down lights slightly. I would stay around 15k-20k lux till your plant 3 weeks old
