Harvest time

Getting rid of the hay smell happens during the curing of the buds. Don’t worry about the hay smell just yet. Once the buds are in jars, you’ll have to burp the containers. I take the weed out of the containers for about a half hour at a time, twice a day for about three weeks after it’s in jars. You can do this for up to 6-8 weeks depending on how you want to cure your buds. But if you don’t burp your containers on a regular basis, especially at the beginning. You can be sure your bud will have that grassy/hay smell to it.

That’s a really nice plant. However, there might be too much on it to dry it like that. Maybe you could separate the plant so that all of it doesn’t stick together as it does now. Alternatively, you could turn the fan a bit more upward (not directly on the plant) to improve the airflow. This is to prevent mold. But maybe I’m talking nonsense. It’s better to wait for someone who is more experienced than I am. 👋
