New to growing and im not to sure on how to bring the ppm down in my water I've got some hydrogen peroxide for my tap water. But shall I get bottled water to bring down the ppm as I kno my waters hard?

You can also try to push your tap water through a Brita filter. It’s funny because my tap water comes out at about 58 PPM and bottled spring water is around 200 PPM. The Nestle Pure Life was over 500 PPM. But if you use tap water it’s good to let it sit for 24 hours before using it. Not sure if you know, that’s why I’m mentioning it.

I probably wouldn't stress it too much. I too have VERY hard water(about 400 ppm) and initially mixed down with distilled water but quickly decided it wasn't worth the trouble or extra money. It's more of a concern if you try to max out the concentration of fertilizers in your solution, I feed lightly though so my hard water hasn't been an issue. You mainly just wanna keep it around/under 500-600 for seedlings, 800-900 in veg and 1000-1400 in flower.

Hey growmie, to easily bring the ppm down just add some distilled water to your mix! Good luck!
