Since Day 18 the show first pistols.. plant feels very small to go into flower. thought it will happen between third and fourth week. its an full outdoor Grow. Now i am a lil bit nervous

You're growing an autoflower, so hours of light doesn't make a difference when it flowers. It's not uncommon for preflowers to show up early but it will continue to grow for awhile. You might consider moving it out of any shaded area so it can get more sun, you could even consider bringing it in at night for supplemental lighting too.

she will get way bigger now since preflower started she still got another 2-3 Weeks of normal Grow untill she Stopps

I checked your diary and I didn't notice any sign of blooming... If you grow outdoor you should wait late july, when nights are longer than 10h... Check there are not lights around during this phase as she needs 10h of perfect darkness in order to bloom correctly... Have a nice grow !
