Harvest?

I would say that's preference. Personally I let around 20% of the thrichomes turn amber before harvesting but there are also a lot of people who harvest when they are all milky (which seems to be the case with your buds). If you have the chance i.e. multiple plants and a separate drying space, you can also harvest one plant now, one in a week, one in two weeks to see the difference for yourself. Have fun!
