When harvest?

When would you harvest? While a decent amount of trichomes are clear, a few are already turning amber. I fear that more will turn amber before the clear ones turn milky.

IMHO, if those are bud trichomes - You’re ready. Sometimes they all don’t mature at the same time. That’s ok, you have a good bunch of amber and milky in there. Be sure to focus on the bud trichomes over the sugar leaves. Best of luck with your grow.

If unfamiliar/new, consider a staggered harvest -- this might just be a bud now or later, and take the bulk when you think it is best. But, this way you get to test early-to-late harvest window and learn what you prefer best -- 1 plant won't cover all possible outcomes, but it's a good start to learning what you like with a shorter learning curve. still take the bulk when you want to, but take some now, leave a bud or two on to ripen longer... the window of time is small enough that any stress caused cannot have a negative ramification, like a nanner or something. Nothing bad can grow out that fast. Check more than just top colas --- maybe you take the top colas down and let the rest ripen.. there's no set rules here. It's your plant, remember that. trichomes, bud density and pistils (coloration along with illusion of pistil shrinking or actually curling up when they die) use all three visible characteristics to keep yourself honest and consistent.
