you can dilute the substrate but flushing the pot does nothing for waht has already been taken into the plant. Whatever was high, leavae that out of your fertilizer mix as best as possible until the plant catches up with it. i don't think this looks bad enough to warrant a flush. You could have just adjusted formula and move on. remember to reduce whatever built up in the plant for "next" cycle to avoid it. these things don't happen overnight but are a result of rate of use and rate of provision of weeks and months of time.
