Hey mate,
most of the pests i would ignore growing outdoor. What can you do? You could fight them constantly, but they will just come back. So, is it worth to minimize them in short periods? Maybe when plants are very young, but now I would ignore pests, the plants dont care about a few insects, they simply to strong and big now to give a fck.
You can use a layer of corny sand or woodpieces to prevent insects entering the soil or laying eggs, but thats about it on a long term.
Pistils have genetic variety, some shoot out pretty balanced, other plants start at the bottom. Nothing to worry about, buds will form the same way on the canopy.
Plants look super healthy, nothing to worry about.👍
