Don't you worry! Those are no balls, no nanners. Just calyxes. i still get sometimes worried when i see them. With some genetics they look so sus.
(you'r Plant stems look really purple, you should try giving some CalMag or reduce the strong LED light, whatever it is, Magnesium Chlorosis)

These are calyxes ( female sexorgans, the difference is in the shape ( calyxes are oval) and out of the calyxes coming some pistils
male pollen looking roudish ( like little onions) and if they open there are little pollen hanging very loose and moveable)
