Hey, first of all, nice looking plants! The question if you should flush or not / when to flush really depends on some factors. You only need to flush when you are using mineral / non organic fertilizer, which can cause salt to build up in your substrate/on your roots. When growing organically, its fine to just stop fertilizing and watering only H2O for the last weeks. It looks like your plant should be ready in about 2, maximum 3 weeks for me, but to make you harvest at the right moment my advise is to look for the trichomes with a microscope/macroscope What substrate and fertilizer did you use?

Depends on your medium . If in coco 10 days should be sufficient. Other mediums buffer so much that you likely won't flush much in 3 weeks even..

it depends on your fertilizers. if you are using organic ones, 7 d should be enough, for a proper flush. if you are using synthetic fertilizers i would recommend to flush for at least 14 d 🌱
