Are they ready to go?

Should i harvest ? My ladys now on their day 71/ Week 10 finished. Harvest window from seedbank is 63-72 days. 90% of the trichomes are milky, nearly non of them are amber, maybe 5%. But they look ready, how long would it take to turn from milky to amber, 20 C, 40% RH

No one can tell you for sure how long this would take it's mostly about genetics and as long as they were seeds and no clones, you are the first one to grow them, they are all individuals. Cutting out completely on nitrogen can speed this Prozess a bit up. Your window for harvest is already open. If you have a "sativa" and want to preserve its head high you are good to go, could harvest tomorrow before lights on. If you want it to be more like a sedative body high you want to wait. This could take a couple of days to weeks. I like to go 70% cloudy 30% amber, this mostly ends up to be a well balanced high, but in the end this is more about personal preference
