Hi I know I need way more then 2weeks before I can set them on a 2 day flush 8 days of pure Water/RO mix with PH 7.0-6.8 but how about reducing the light to 11/13 on week 8 now it's day 63 and the week 9 10/14 plus my EC=1.8-2.0 now for 24h 1.4. +yellow leafs??is this normal ?

Not sure if it‘s the genetic but your buds won‘t develope well, at least not dens & not how you popably would think they will turn out.
Had this 2 times that buds were extreamly underdeveloped & fluffy.
Everytime i had this my plants where victims of buggs that stressed the plant to much.
In your case it seems that the Environment could be to hot, there was a Root Problem that cause underdevelopment or exessiv Light.
Maybe revege but i don‘t know much about this topic.

Leave your lights at 12/12..........you still have 4-6 weeks of flowering to go.

You have been giving your plants to much Nitrogen. Your leaves are way too dark green. And the yellowing rusty spots is because you still feed them calmag right? Don’t do that so much in flower.
And you may also have a ph problem.
So flush your medium and get your EC and ph right and lower your nitrogen and higher ur PK so maybe use a pk booster.
