Hi there, I would like to know if I can use a frost cover to make a outdoor grow tent to help prevent pollination and if not, what can I use?

Its breathable, so no, it wont protect from polination.
I doubt anything outdoors would give 100% protection, you csn bring pollen with your body or cloth ...
Simple plastic would protect more i would say ... but again, ventilation and air exchange will be huge quest, otherwise potential wpm or bud rot or any other fungus infection ...
