You can always prune it back to make all four fit, too. Try not to take off more than 33% of the plant in one pruning and allow 5-7 days to heal if it requires more.
I'd wait until you know exactly what growth will be problematic. Taking off a branch as it hits the wall or congests an area can be done as daily maintenance too, as long as you don't take off too much at one time.
Do you have first signs of pistils at terminal buds? Can use that to guage how much vege growth you have remaining. Might have 3 weeks of vege growth, give or take, from that point, but not all plants develop in same time frame. The growth will continue to accellerate as the canopy expands.
