My plants get same signs in veg when I give them more water than fertilizer solution (pinching pennys) and they are still getting full power from my led. N, P, K , and calcium needs are not being met. With mine it's usually DLI being higher than fertilizer being supplied, but can be caused if RH is consistently high.
