Weed is pretty resilient and can take some abuse.
I think you should continue and gain more experience in how to deal with things and at least you’ll have something to show for in the end. Then next time try to make improvements on your growing practices.
Without pictures though it’s hard to say how far gone she is.
If you stop now you wasted 7 weeks and will have nothing. In my book something is better than nothing.
Ultimately it’s up to you how you want to move forward with this grow.
