AsNoriuanswered grow question 2 days ago cotyledon's damage, either wrong ph in, wrong ph already in the pot or calcium issues ( which should not appear in soil so early ).
last picture - leaf could sweat under lair of soil, never let your leaves to be buried or covered with soil.
if you have good watering regime, aka let soil have her wet/dry cycle, then its only you loading wrong ph, check meter, recalibrate and compare it or just start adjusting ph. for soil sweet spot is 6.2-6.5. wider range as 6.0-7.0 is still in okeish zone, rest will cause troubles.
you could think to start adding small quantities of calmag too.
