Discoloration on new leaves. Currently having 2 plants and use the exact same nutrients for both. One of the is growing just fine but the other has these spots everywhere on new leaves

pH problems. Nutrient lockout. You need to correct the pH in the root zone then the plant is able to up take nutrients again

I agree PH issues. Does not look like potassium issues in my books. I'd guess the PH is to low.
