Is this something of how the run down would be? 1. top (4th/5th node) 2. bend completely to side 3. let grow 4. bend branches with pegs outwards 5. let grow 6. defoliate covered „tops“ 7. grow 8. LST outwards with ties/yarn Everything would be flat, growing upwards.

It depends what you're growing and how long you want to veg.Iv been training plants for decades and never done it like that.I ncertainly wouldn't grow asn auto like that as 5wks wks isn't enough veg for the majority ofm autos.

Everything except step 6, there is never a good reason to defoliate "just because". Remember........... Maximum amount of leaves = maximum amount of energy production = maximum results.

Sure it will work. You just need patience to see it through and observe your plant along the way for any signs of problems.

in theory it looks good. Describing how to scrog and create an even canopy. Just have to put it into practice and then troubleshoot any issues along the way. and their will be lilkey some like snaped branches or weird growths.
