hello I have 2 autoflowers slower than the others and after harvesting I would like to add more seedlings to them I am running the light at 100% height 40cm how much should I set the height at 100% to avoid burning the seedlings? I have a mars hydro fc 3000 light. thanks

40cm its about right,30-40cm are the recommended
