@Tonino
, Hey thanks!! Yeah thats the problem! I'm now sure its slugs because i get half eaten leafs with the typical slime/shiny stuff that they leave behind.. but I never see the pesky things! I've heard that they come out at night.

, never really had an insect problem myself. Did you try taking a look at growweedeasy.com? She’s got a really good diagnoses section for nute deficiencies and insects. Check er out if u get a chance:+1:

, Thanks my man! Yeah I forgot to take a photo of the damaged leafs. I'm quite sure that its slugs (or snails) munching aqt my girls leafs as I have found the typical silvery trace that they leave behind on the leafs. But I have never seen them in the act.

oh dont get me wrong im no master grower but i do love autoflowers. I personally think autos are best suited for indoors is all. but some ppl have had good grows with autos outdoors.

, Hey thanks for the info, I didn't know about the 24h light with autos. This is my first grow and since I have the space and live in a relatively sunny part of the world I started with outdoors. I knew that for outdoors I was starting late (end of July) witch is why I decided to get auto's and ended up buying 3 seeds of photoperiod aswell to experience growing both types of plants.

outdoor = much higher prob of getting bugs, also autoflowers can handle 20-24hr light, so having them outdoors seems like your only able to hit them with about half of their potential? just my thoughts

, to avoid paranoia I’d harvest at 0-5% amber with 80-100% cloudy. Based on my experience unless you want a sedative or narcotic pain relief this is the best harvest time for the peak of ripeness and THC.

@Tazard
, oh this is very good info! I have a tendency towards anxiaty and get paranoia quite easily! They are already high CBD strains (2:1 ratio CBD to THC) So do they go more amber over time? if so I would want to be harvesting later rather than sooner right?

You know when to harvest based on the trichomes. You will need a magnifier 60x will do, 100x is better. This can be anything from a jewelers loop to a digital WiFi microscope. I got the WiFi scope for pictures of the trichomes. You should google this, you will find charts indicating the different effects based on the trichomes appearance. :muscle:

Lookn good dude - and yeah, the critical looks to be starting flower but you’ll know for sure in a couple days. Re: when to harvest - get yourself a jewellers loupe (small magnifying glass). Once she starts to develop trichomes (small crystals that look like little transparent mushrooms) you’re gonna wait until they look cloudy/milky as opposed to clear/transparent. Once all of em are milky (I personally wait until some are starting to turn a little Amber in colour), then your good to chop and dry. Hope it helps - you still got another 5 weeks or so. :+1::facepunch::+1:
