In fact, scores and hundreds of plants have been seen to grow, bloom and yield successfully with foliage damaged like that or slightly worse. Unless this symptom increases there isn't really a reason to worry. Have you considered the possibility that nutrients dosage may've been miscalculated?

There are several reasons why she may have come to look like this: 1) automatic-flowering strains shouldn't be germinated from a pellet; 2) it's advisable to administer Flora Bloom only starting from week 4; 3) she might be overdosed with nutrients.
