, it's your first grow, so alone because of that, I wouldn't do it. And also, yup, it may be too late for defoliation. The thing is, that looking at the pictures, they seem to leafy. My intention was to make you aware of defoliation and how you can use it to your advantage. Just make sure you feel comfortable growing your girls and then in the next, or 3rd grow try defoliation. As I mentioned before, I used defoliation only on my 4th grow, I grew 3 different strains and 3 of each. I defoliated only one of every strain, so I could have a comparison. I tried defoliation as explained in this link (https://www.growweedeasy.com/marijuana-defoliation-tutorial). Again, it's not something for beginners and it is a controversial topic between growers. I don't consider myself an advanced grower, by any mean. I just tend to be bold :). Also, the best learning experience, is by making mistakes. Apart from that, they are looking really nice 👌

They look really nice! Have you read about defoliation? The canopy does look a bit too much for my taste. But if this is really your 1st grow, just read about it first. I started defolitation only on my 4th grow, once I got a better understanding how all the factors work together and affect each other.

, Isn’t it Basically taking fan leaves that are covering butd sites that way the light can penetrate better. I just don’t know how late I can start doing it and will it affect my yeild

, the bigger the rooms for the roots the better, if you plant on transplanting you should do it sooner than later
