@Newt_Loop, while you didn't had trophy, no rules could be applied, now after win , i doubt you would get any points. Seeing as all platform is full of errors on every move, i can't guarantee any saint IT programmers job here .... all in bits for more than a year now ... Heather from FB should contact you. Once they forgot me , even after asking to choose strains, waited 3 month, emailed to [email protected] and they sort out . Time delay is possible, dont be surprised or plan anything, but as i said before, i got a lot from them and haven't seen any signs that someone was left without a prize...

@AsNoriu, I didn't even know I was in 3rd place for January, wasn't paying attention because I'm not eligible anyways. Haven't been answering questions for points, been answering them to help people so contests are an after thought. I'll make sure to withdraw before it's over, just to see how many points I can get now. Thanks for all the info!

@Newt_Loop, first you need to withdraw from January event. With prize , you will be contacted, sometimes it takes 2 months to happen. Sometimes you get nothing because of shady sponsors . FastBuds are solid, they even resended same win, when some troubles happen, you should get your prize. Congratulations !

I have a question for anyone that has won Grower of the Month in the past. It is my first time being one of the winners and I'm wondering if I need to contact someone of if they will reach out to me? I'm sure this stuff takes time, just want to make sure there's nothing I have to do. Thanks!

I think they need to change the rules to FULL diaries. I don't think having only 1 week of flower and no other weeks should be considered a diary. I don't think a diary that was germinating 2 months ago would only be in its first couple weeks of veg right now either. Time stamps in diaries tell a big story.

I emailed @FastBuds mentioning some odd things happening during this months contest. It’s looking like there was some foul play at hand late in the voting. Not to mention a picked meme was from someone on here that was highlighted as trying to rig the GOTM contest as well by answering their fake account questions. Hopefully Fast Buds can look into it. **Update- They said that all the accounts that voted looked like real accounts.

Interesting. Missed my normal post about the memes up for vote. The memes that are in the final vote are a bit weird. one is not abiding by the rules. Mainly the "Must have at least 3 diaries on Grow Diaries (most recent diary no older than 2 months)" The two going for third have the correct amount of diaries on their page. abit one of the users has a lot of sporadic diaries with only a few weeks, many missing and some look like the same plant in a different diary, however they also have some more complete ones on the go, so that's good. the weirder stuff is about 1st and 2nd vote. The one person in this voting bracket has 3 diaries that are a harvest entry only and do not count as a full diary. They are not smiley face :( it should not count IMO. Anyone can use a few pics of weed and call it a done day. However they are posted on Fastbuds official page and featured on their X account so maybe they have an in with them.. They also have a bunch of tester seeds on the go from a new profile so no doubt they are legit just seems exploitive of the rules for the contest. And the other persons meme in the top vote has been altered? The guava logo is much bigger on the fast buds meme vote page vs in the meme on their diary. so are the memes being altered? why alter one and not the others? or what happened if this is not the case?? Someone else also said the vote totals swayed drastically in the last few min before it closed. I have experienced this and thought it was insta app not updating correctly so who knows. If Fast Buds cares to look into they will. Mostly disappointed by the exploitive behavior on an account they seem to favor and look the other way. And they won last month too, but no other interactions from them, just fake diary creations from 2 month ago on a 1yr old account.. activity feed says it all. Somethings fishy with this to me.

@BudMunchies, I received my shipping confirmation last night already, that was quick! I watched AC Infinity After Dark and they said you can use 2 tempature probes and use dual zone control and actually control 2 tents with it!!! I'll use it for my 8x4 but I see m buying another in the future and use the dual zone to control both my oversized 4x2 and my 3x2 with it. Idk what I'm going to do with my 4 Controller 69s now 🤣

@Ultraviolet, I know they need to be attached to diaries for the point to count in the contest. I thought I didn't have some that didn't tally right either, early on in the contest. It also didn't start giving me points until after I entered the contest in the middle of the month. I wish I could see what I answered I was just told they audit at the end of the month so they may add them then.

@Newt_Loop, in the same time frame you got you your last 2 added to totals I had 4 that didn't tally. My total for December was more along 10-12. I'll be very curious to see.

@Krisis, What code should people use?! 🤣 I'll tell you what though, it's a great feeling when first seeing a trophy in your profile, pumped me up lol Took about a year but finally got one, a good one also! Should see another for Grower of the Month soon! December was a good month all around for me, not just in the grow community but in life itself! Hope to keep the momentum and good vibes for this New Year!
