Love it! Pictures and info were taken on day 12 of flower. I put 71cm tall because that's the average between the three girls. CC 1: 78cm CC 2: 68cm CC 3: 68cm CC 1 is killing it with the double main colas. 💪 💪 🤩 CC2 is my favorite. She's got a perfect shape, nice evenly distributed canopy. Took LST great. For me that's the goal when I do LST. CC3 doesn't fall behind in any way, she's looking great. There's a bunch of new growth everywhere so after 21 days i'll be doing some pretty heavy selective defoliation. Feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more. How do they ask for more? When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water. I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount. I start reducing if it takes longer to dry. That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. 👍 Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand. They've got a lovely green lush color. It's a delight growing this strain. 4/8/2023 Week 8- Day 1 of Veg (Day 66 overall) I still have 1, 1/2" of clearance to the net. The Competition will hit the half way point on Wed, that leaves exactly 10 weeks left from Wed. So I decided to go ahead and top off the water by adding 10 gallons to the system today. I added the appropriate Nutes. I am considering 2 plans now that I have decided that I am going to flip to flower on Saturday no matter what. Plan 1, I can evaluate throughout this week and flip earlier than Saturday if needed which would mean draining my system on that day adding week 1 Flower Nutes to the tank and start Week 1 of flower that day. I decided to go before before Saturday I will go ahead and change the water to week 1 flower, the same day I change the lights to 12/12. Then I will wait until the second Saturday so say 10 days if change my lights on Wed and then run Week 2 water/Nutes into Week4 and starting Week 5 change every week for rest of Grow. If I make it until Saturday will keep Week 1 Nutes until Week 3 and then starting Week 4 change every week until done. I’m glad for growdiaries I was able to track the whole progress and go back to review what I did and didn’t do. The grow went fairly well. After battling some flea beetles and over fertilizing and over watering I got the hang of this plant. The strain seems easy to grow and though it’s not cured yet I look forward to trying it. I have been drying a little piece I snipped last week and will try that out in a day or so. Thanks to everyone who helped me on my first journey. Seedsman was great. Covid caused a shipping delay but the seeds got to me Eventually and here she is!!! I’m sharing a harvest video. I stopped it when I saw some webbing in lower buds. Got nervous. Small spider mites infestation at bottom of plant. Cut it out. Trimmed off the leaves I found them on. Read up on what to do next. Not going to trash this harvest over bugs. I figure it’s for me. Growing organically and outdoors obviously comes along with insects. Whether it’s cannabis or vegetables. I’d rather smoke or eat an insect than ingest a pesticide! I’ve cleaned the buds and trimmed them well. Once they dry I’ll give them a good shaking. And check them over to make sure I didn’t miss anything gross. There was a day before legalization that “you got what you got” and based on the people we procured from I doubt they cared if there were dried up bugs in bags. Never thought about it until today. 🤷‍♀️🏻 Not going to worry about it. I’ll do my best and clean my greenhouse. Sprayed down my other plants and out the fan in them. Trimmed some leaves I found to have mites on those. And I’ll get ahead of the issue for next harvest in 2 weeks. I’ll be back to update dry weight and effects soon. Update: dry weight is 50grams pretty happy about that. The buds are light and fluffy. They take up a lot of space. I can’t believe it didn’t all fit in the GIANT mason jar. It’s ok. I planned to gift some to my cheer leaders who listened to me and my grow updates week after week. Cheers to more growdiaries. Over all growth was outstanding on this plant. Huge props to Mephisto on a wonderful strain. Caked in frost. Super stinky! I had to pop more seeds of this strain of course! Terps exploding, even the lower larf is dense with superb resin production

Después de dejar las plantas 1semana más de lo previsto ya estaban perfectas para cortar, una vez cortadas las manicure todas bien, me gusta manicurarlas cuando están acabadas de cortar porque tienen las hojas duras y me resulta más simple y me gusta más el resultado final. Después las tuve secando 2 semanas a 50% humedad. En el curado las pongo en botes de cristal herméticos y con bolsas de curado (Bóveda) que hacen que se mantengan la humedad perfecta sin necesidad de abrir los botes, después de 5 meses de curado ya no pude aguantar más y empecé con esta variedad, el olor cambio totalmente y tiene un sabor complejo a madera con tonos dulces y sabrosos,el humo es bien denso y blanco. Los cogollos están como piedras y con muy poca cantidad se estira muchísimo, en cuanto al efecto de primeras es energizante y dan ganas de hablar pero al poco rato se convierte en un fuerte efecto corporal que te deja en el sofá sin hacer nada aparte de dormir😵.

Base nutrients were reduced and PK 13/14 increased. So far she seems to take the change well. The buds keep swelling and are already rock-hard.

Week 7. About 1-2 weeks more for 4 out of 5 plants. I’ll feed them one more time with nutrients and then I’ll start to flush.

Day 56 There's only 9 plants left on the microdrip getting straight full tilt and slf100, the rest are being flushed using the water wand to give the longer running strains enough time to mature. The Polar Vortex 6's , trop juice 1, garlicane 2, garlicane 5, Polar vortex 4's, platinum silk and platinum gushers are gunna come down this week.

WEEK 12 - (05/16/2021 - 05/22/2021) Week 4, Day 23 - FLOWER: 05/17/2021 Tap water: 238ppm, 8.8 pH, 71℉ + FF Big Bloom: 60ml/6 gallons (¾ strength) + FF Grow Big: 15ml/6 gallons (¼ strength) + FF Tiger Bloom: 45ml/6 gallons (¾ strength) + Cal-Mag: 15ml/6 gallons (½ strength) + Fish Shit: 12ml/6 gallons + HydroGuard: 6ml/6 gallons + pH Down: 22ml Mixture: 883ppm, 6.2 pH, 71℉ 6 gallons = 1.5 gallons per 5 gallon pot ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 2990ppm/2107ppm, 6.2 pH AP#1 - 1970ppm/1087ppm, 6.2 pH AP#2 - 1550ppm/667ppm, 6.4 pH GC#1 - 2400ppm/1517ppm, 6.2 pH These ppm readings don’t seem accurate. They are all over the place, yet the pH was basically the same. I’m going to let these girls dry out for 5 days this time and try again on the readings. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 4, Day 28 - FLOWER: 05/22/2021 Had a curve ball thrown at me today. I came into the grow room this morning around 9 a.m. and realized that my grow lights were still on, which set off an alarm in my head becauseI have my lights set to turn on at 5 p.m. and go off at 5 a.m. Though, I quickly found the cause of the lights not going off at their regular time. The switch on my timer had somehow flipped from "Timer On" to "Outlet On" at some point within the past day, without me realizing, so the lights remained on past their normal "bedtime". I can only conclude that the switch got bumped when unplugging a fan. This unfortunate incident caused the plants to get about an extra 4 hours of light than normal before I was able to shut them off. I went with my instinct and decided to keep the lights off for a full 12 hours, rather than wake them up at their regular time. That means the lights didn’t come back on until 9pm, at which point I watered. Plants were all noticeably droopy with dry soil. They were definitely thirsty. Tap water: 228ppm, 8.5 pH, 71℉ + HydroGuard: 8ml/8 gallons + pH Down: 25ml Mixture: 255ppm, 6.2 pH, 71℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1190ppm/935ppm, 6.5 pH AP#1 - 1180ppm/925ppm, 6.3 pH AP#2 - 954ppm/699ppm, 6.8 pH GC#1 - 1600ppm/1345ppm, 6.3 pH This watering was SUCH A JOY. I got plenty of runoff! I was able to take readings that seemed to be much more accurate than the last few waterings. Maybe this is evidence that I should actually let my pots dry out a bit longer than I was previously. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [SUMMARY] Started the week off with a final defoliation to expose more bud sites. Aside from the incident at the end of this week, all is well. American Pie #1 seems to be catching up with her sisters. THE END OF WEEK 4. That's crazy.
