12/16/2021 Recovery is a success! A little raggedy but putting on decent growth in last couple day's. Also need to decide if I top or mainline the two tops? Going to feed her today and see how she grows this week then decide what action is appropriate. She actually has 4 tops! Three are more developed but if you look closely there is 4. I kind of want to let it grow, although it may cause a split later on😕 . So still thinking on it.

Last week for the flush the same as last time but a lot bigger this time around the buds are really hard and the Crystal looks amazing . 3rd run will be nutriculture

I'm very happy with the outcome, outdoors this time around. It's my largest plant to date and it smokes great! I randomly gave this strain a try as it's packed with great genetics and it did not disappoint. It grew large considering the time it had to grow. It was constrained by a medium amount of sun light per day (4-6hrs) and it's pot size (40L) the roots were tightly packed I used bio fertilizers Bio buzz grow Peruvian seabird guano and organic potassium for veg Biobizz bloom top max compost teas in flower It smokes and taste great already. Not long now on the two thunderfucks, I think I’ll chop them one day next week and let the gorilla cookies go for another week or two. It’s been a hot week so have struggled to keep the temp down and humidity, almost back to normal weather!! One of the thunderfucks has really dense buds and the other is light and fluffy, not sure if it’s the heat that’s got to it or just the genetics.

Today marks the beginning of the last week of flowering for my cannabis plant. After months of care and patience, I can finally see the first amber trichomes starting to form. It's a sign that the plant is nearing the perfect time for harvest. The buds are dense and frosty, and the shift in trichome color is telling me that the plant is at its peak potency. In a couple of days, I'll move the plant out of the tent and into complete darkness for 48 hours. This process is supposed to help boost resin production and make the final buds even better. After that, it’ll be time to cut her down. It's exciting to be so close to the end, and I can't wait to see how the final product turns out!🌱🌱

After defoliating both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants after week 11 they now develop more and amore flower clusters, since the light can penetrate deeper int the canopy now. The plants are producing trichomes like crazy, even the bigger sugar leaves are covered in them! VERY FROSTY PLANTS! The flower clusters clearly form colas now along all side branches and both plants fill up nicely. The smell is now strong and sweet with a clear peach aroma to it, it makes me smile every time I look into the tent. The plants love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and are getting the recommended dose every watering.

A new week, week 8 of flower and this will be the last week the girls get nutrients, next week starting to flush. Day 110 last dag they get nutrients

End of Week 9 of Flower. I can just taste those buds now! The smell is intoxicating and the view is picturesque. There is definitely a noticeable difference between the two pheno's but I suspect both will pack a good punch. There has been some purpling in some of the top leaves which I expect will increase with the drop in temperature the last week or so. I cant wait to get some good pictures at the end of the week as Ive decided the chop day will be this coming Sunday. The clash of yellow, purple and green is always my favourite so I plan to capture as much as possible since the next update will be jam packed with pictures of the girls just before their chop and after 48 hours of darkness to get the last of that resin production from the plant. I will also take some pics of the hanging plants in the drying cupboard. The reason I am leaving my plants in darkness for 48 hours before they get chopped, is that it has been long belived that this practice will increase the last of the thrichome production and some say increases potency. There has been a recent study in the Netherlands which does confirm increased resin production for plants left in 48 hours of darkness (they also tested 24 hours darkness but found 48 was better) at the end of their flower cycle. The chop has been planned to be pretty straight forward where I will just be taking off the main fan leaves and leaves with no thrichomes as well as chopping off the larfy/popcorn buds which will go straight in the freezer for a fresh frozen bubble hash run. I dont bud wash my flower as my tent gets a regular clean each week and always gets a full deep clean when every harvest is over and besides, its only me and my friends that smoke it! The drying cupboard I use for drying is a small cupboard designed for storing and drying clothes which I have put a carbon filter and fan as well as a small desk fan to circulate the air as well as a small dehumidifier just incase there is an increase in humidity. So the basics of drying is that you want the area where you are drying to be dark and fairly cool (its recommended to be between 15 and 22 degrees C), have a humidity level between 45% and 55%. I aim for around 21 degrees C temperature and 50% humidity. The drying time can vary depending on strain but its recommended to dry the buds for 7 - 10 days and I will explain further about how to tell if your bud is done drying and is ready to be cured on the next post. Drying is very important as you can affect all your hard work if the conditions arent right and the bud ends up too dry (luckily these days there are ways to fix bud thats too dry) or you end up with mouldy ganja which isnt save to smoke. Its also believed that a good long dry in good conditions helps increase potency and also has been shown to reduce anxiety. I had a problem with the water pump connection and i think it hasn't watered in two or three days, so a marks appeared at some leaves (calmag deficency i guess). Now that the problem is solved it won't be worse. The flowering is really nice, its starting to appear the darker color at buds

***** Week 6 May 16 to 22, 2020 - Days 36 to 42 from germination ***** Calling this a flower week but it certainly is more of transition week. Been battling a busy life along with pH issues this grow. Starting to get both under control😃 These girls were transplanted into 3 gal plastic pots after battling pH issues and unable to bring down below 7.1 until cut out of fabric pots.........piss off!!! Cheap fabric pots from Amazon are a thing of the past!!!! 😡😡😡 Ordering Radical bags👍 During transplant GSC2 took it hard. She got twisted coming out of the old pot and it was a bit of a disaster😢..........GSC went very well and her root mass stayed together.😃 GSC2 is a freak and I am learning more from her. Growing out almost sideways from the pot. Keeping an eye on the main stem to ensure she doesn’t start to rot at the soil level........may trim off a couple of more branches. Her root mass won’t be very big so think I will take more branches and let her focus on building the density of a few bud sites rather than spreading a little to several sites. LST introduced this week as well. Started the introduction of Rezin and Terpinator now. Little more detail.......... May 16/20 - Day 36 - 2L each girl of Massive @ 3ml, VeloKelp, Rezin, @ 2ml, Sensyzime, Liquid Wt, Dual Fuel @ 1ml = 1000ppm and 4.5pH - stop lower the pH as much next feeds. 5.5 idea now and see how they react. I really want 6.2 going in!!!!😞 - GSC2 is concern as she took the transplant poorly with her whole root mass being flipped over and on top of herself. May 17/20 - Day 37 - Mixed 3L water with Massive @ 2.5ml, Piranha, Voodoo, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml, Rezin, Liquid Wt, CalMag @ 1ml = 1050ppm and 5.5pH - GSC given 2L and GSC2 only 1L. - giving them more microbes and beneficials next couple of feeds with more Piranha and Voodoo again. - stripped more leaves today. GSC2 took more lower stuff as well.,,.....so bushy on the bottom. May 18/20 - Day 38 - mixed 3.5L water with Massive @ 3ml, Piranha, Voodoo, Dual Fuel, Rezin, Liquid Wt, Vitathrive @ 1.5ml = 850ppm and 5.7pH - checked some runoff numbers today...... - GSC runoff was 400ppm and 5.8pH. - GSC2 runoff was 550ppm and 6.2pH - PH is back in line!!!!!!🙌🙌 - GSC is coming along but her branches are not as thick as I would like. Side branches are getting longer. - GSC2 is a mess in general😀 She is shooting out fan leaves and they leaves are getting bigger but she is not getting any bigger?? - LST day today and GSC had some branches pulled down. Leaving GSC2 for now., May 19/20 - Day 39 - dry out day - just left them alone today😃 May 20/20 - Day 40 - 2L each girl of water with Rhino skin, CalMag, Sensyzime @ 1.5ml, Dual Fuel @ 1ml = 650ppm and 6.1pH - there was some runoff from GSC2 only. - girls look happy overall today. May 21/20 - Day 41 - 3L water mixed with Rezin and Terpinator @ 1.5ml = 160ppm and 5.7pH - was going to be a plain water feed but changed last minute and its time for Terpinator. - the girls are not overly happy today.....not sure why - all girls seem to be responding well to the LST over last couple of days. May 22/20 - Day 42 - dry out day - Both girls still trying to set bud sites but no success yet.

Looking healthy besides a few tiny brown spots. Switching from maxigro to maxibloom next week. Super cropped a few branches day 47

It worked! After 30 days away, I returned home to see if automating the first 30 days of this grow using the Blumat watering system and automated fan from AC Infinity worked. Day 36 - I defoliated quite a few large fan leaved and did some LST to expose some flowers to light.

Damaged a cotyledon. FFS! All values on final day of week (day 7, 14, etc)

It should be noted that with the current share of blue in the spectrum, the sprout does not stretch at all, I will probably adjust in favor of red in the coming days
