Happy gardening. 07/21/2018 Wow unseasonably cold last night got down to 48° brrrr. No signs that the cold bothered the girls posting photos in a min.. And video. Phew took me awhile to upload. 07/24/2018 Mid week update Back to hot and, steamy summer weather. #1, tops are just about 39.5", going to try to get all super cropped to about 30", I expect that they will be double their size at harvest.👍. On a side note hours of light will soon be at 14.5 hope they initiate flowering,as it will give me almost 3 months of flower!👊 #2 is 43.5" looking like a Christmas tree,still some supercropping to spread out the lower layers. #3, is 35.5" And no training just picking her dead,yellowing leaves #4, is 41.5" also no training #5, is 30" , and still stinkiest 😎 of all gonna take a clone today.

Hifi 4G seems to be a bit sensitive to the current and previous feeding levels. Had multiple leaves exhibit nutrient burn. Otherwise all seem to be happy. Hifi 4G, NL/Skunk and Blueberry continue to lead the pack on Bud development. God I hope I don't screw this up!

This stran smells incredible! They're all fading fast and putting on a beautiful color show. These buds are rock hard and completely covered with frost (reminds me a lot of Purple Ghost Candy by Seedsman).. 2 plants look just about done but the other maybe a week behind. We'll probably start harvesting the first few from this tent in a week 🌱

I'm having some trouble with a leaf that is showing a problem however I don't know what's going on with her because she's being fed up with the same to the other plants in this grow and she's the only one showing that,I think it's a burn leaf maybe because of the water and three sun hitting too hard,but I only water from 21:00pm every day so let's see if I can solve the problem

Hi everyone :-) This week a lot of nice things happened in the flower tent :-) Everyone looks super nice, and is growing stronger and more beautiful week by week 😍👌. The blue cheese smells like a dream ;-) As usual from this variety 👍. The kosher tangie is also very, very tasty 👏🏻. Both got Pk 13/14 this week for the last time :-) Everyone else is developing very well 👍, That will be the last diary with several strains together :-) In future everyone will come individually 👌. Done some cropping on wed 1/8. She's waiting in VEG cause my closet isnt ready yet, so I can' t isolate her in 12/12, have other plants vegging in the same room.

Sorry for the huge delay, I wanted to update this earlier but COVID-19 happened everywhere and many things happened where I live. Nonetheless, I have all the photos and I'll be finishing this diary soon. The smell of both of my babies was quite, quite strong. It even made me feel very dizzy every time I checked them. During the week the leaves from Pistachio started to turn yellow while the ones from Matcha finally started to show signs of the excesses and burn, the mistakes I made earlier started to become more and more apparent so it was only a matter of time. Also, everytime a leaf started to die I removed it as soon as possible... but that might become more evident at the time lapse I uploaded! This was the last week of flower for Pistachio, and I'll leave Matcha a couple more days with some direct light on her (I want her pistils to mature a bit more), but next week is finally the week when I cut them. Trichomes on both plants are ready! 😲 Thanks for reading!

12/12/24 Short Facts: Watered: 1 x 2.4L, 1 x 2.5L, 1 x 2.5L — Total: 7.4L VPD @ 1.4 Light @ 70% (~700 to 950 PPFD) Stopped watering with fertilizers, only water, CalMag and Silicia Force --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’ve stopped watering with fertilizer because I’m planning to harvest her in the coming days. You can already see that she’s slowly dying. I hope she’ll put all her remaining energy into her flowers in these final days. I’m going to dry her, but only because there’s a new method I want to try. You can now place the harvested buds into a special plastic bag immediately after harvest. These bags are designed to let water out while preserving the terpenes almost completely intact. One of the German grow shops selling these bags tested different samples in a lab, and the results seem to support their claims. If it works, great! If not and the harvest ends up molding, I don’t mind. 98% of the harvest will already have to be trashed due to the legal limit.

We have a super successful young lady. The Sweet Cherry Pie is taking color, is starting, the flowers are still swelling and we look forward to seeing the final form. The top tops are higher but all made a nice bunch flower, the Marshydro care is fitting. We are in flush at pH 6.0 recommended to promote the absorption of all feeding residues. Day 33: What an amazing height and bud gain in just 3 days! Lady #1 is 67 cm tall now, her sister a tad smaller. Both still have a great color, and I dared to cur away just the lowest branches and leaves that do not look like they could gain height in time. Really enjoying this strain so far! At the end of their day, they are a bit dropping leaves, so clearly no hunger for more light. The impressive growth speed continued on their buds: Tallest lady at 70 cm now. Their next morning shows growth is still at an impressive 5 cm/day as lady #1 with her leaves erected again stretches now 72, the maximum of my previous growth. Pulled the lights as close as possible to the ceiling and hope they won’t make it much more than 1 m. I activated the Sansi 30 W folded wings LED to give them somewhat of a morning and evening light and to add some more light to their overlapping center branches in the middle of "their" day. Sadly that’s causing some interference to the timelapse videos, but I can’t say they’re perfect if it wouldn’t. Watching the timelapse video of day 34, I have the feeling the additional light rather irritates them. Maybe the interference is not only visible for electronic eyes. I’ll keep it off next day for comparisons. Day 35 shows stretch speed has reduced indeed and they seem to be concentrating on leaf and bud growth instead. 75 cm, so we are currently at "only" 3 cm/day. Watered them with a HPE/Bud growth mix again last night, about 1 l each. Well, forget my words about reduced growth. After they recovered during the night, we are at 77 cm for lady #1. Which measured at 78 with hanging leaves in their day’s evening. I must have missed a day number – day 36 concludes their 5th week. I gave them another 2 l of fertilised water each and will lave them for the weekend again. Video shows that growth concentrates now more on leaf and bud development than on gaining height. So I guess my 160 cm tent will be sufficient. For a moment I was worried, but it looks like stretch is over. Anyway, time to rearrange the camera next week. Leaves are running out of focus.

Dec 12: Growth has been good, leafs started yellowing as I tried a regular watering as opposed to a feed, and they did not take well to it. I’ve read that it’s good to incorporate waterings between feeds, but 24hr later noticed a bit of yellowing on the lower section, 48hr post watering even more yellowing. Dec 18: Going with feed only and yellowing has halted, stretching has officially begun. No adverse effects from the short term nitrogen deficiency (that’s what I narrowed it down to). Playing with budsites to maintain an even canopy, and as soon as I see stretching halt, and fattening begin, I will up the bloom nutes. Dec 20:

Buds are really coming on now. Stretch is slowing. Very happy with the new lights and fan. Not sure I'll do scrog next time as its hard to keep up with all the grow and pruning/defoliation required. Adjusted my lights to get everyone even coverage. Light meter would be nice at some point!

The day of harvest has arrived! Even though it always feels like a big day - at least for growing, lol - there isn’t actually much to be done. I always hang the plants as a whole and only trim enough to make sure there are no air pockets during the drying process. I know it might spark some controversy, but I dry by VPD, which also lets me adjust the humidity according to the temperature. Each plant came in at around 200g wet weight, which is rather small - but honestly, if the quality is high, I don’t mind. I have to admit though, they are very small 😜. The smell is as expected: like you put your head in cookie dough! Until next time!
