Day 36/Flower Day 8 - Starting to get them girle bits showing now. Stretch is still unreal but the smaller nodes that have crept up to the top are thickening their branches so that’s a good sign they'll hold something and if not, have a spare elasticated SCROG net for support, which will DEFINATELY be needed by the looks of things!!! The main branches are sitting near as thick as 1 of the stems of my last grow so these girls are definitely sturdy and strong growers! If only they didn't push for the roof!!! Apart from the one SCP (#2) that is staying squat in the back corner...sub nodes getting up there but the "tops" staying low and bushy!!! When I start to see a few more flower sets/bud buttons proper actually forming, I'll start inching up the lights to 13/11 over the week...still tempted to start it now but thinking best to wait til the bloom nutes get upped drastically (which is next week - will be upping them by about 50-60% volume). Feared a bit right now that the extra light may fuel some stretch rather than fuel the flowers...but then again, having the plants acclimatise to 13/11 by the time the buttons are forming may not be bad...but then again, that 13/11 may slow down their formation!!! Choices and Choices!!! Was expecting the flower initiator would have knocked some time of the pre-flowers showing (can't think now if nodes were asymmetrical before flip...honestly couldnt have vegged any more though...or could I???) but nope, hopefully the buttons start to set quickly now though. Apart from that, all going well so far. Been a bit of a drop in the temps outside and clearer nights so hopefully that helps bring day temps and night temps down a bit - bringing down humidity some too. Need to restart my CO2 Jug now for the flowers and keep on watching them grow! Happy growing all! 💪

So I suspect the Golden Goat to have subtle mag def. I’ve upped the Epsom salts a bit to help. Also the Mandarine XL Auto is amazing and this discoloration in its leaves I believe to be from getting handled and snagging on the trellis when bending through. I try to be delicate, but it shows. I’ve not been taking meticulous account of things but here’s as of day 19… Day 19: Low/High - 66F at night, 76F during the day. Moisture Levels: set @ 56% RH Moisture level fluctuations from 54%-68% depending on time and temperature as well as moisture levels in the pot itself. As the pot gets dry I will lower the VPD a bit. Fly Traps: CLEAN-w/ 2 fungus gnats (1/week) both located @ MXL (MXL= Mandarine XL Auto) No signs of mold or mildew. Ventilation Setting: Humidity 57% RH Light Intensity (Dimmer Switch @ 75%) 3” tall. The Critical Purple Autoflower shares the tent: while exhibiting signs similar to mosaic virus, I believe this to not be the case, and instead a genetic pigment deformation possibly induced from the high UV LED lights. I’m only basing this theory of of other anecdotes. I’m not willing to test the contagion properties, but I’m going to pop a seed for just that purpose. Until then I wear gloves or wash hands and sterilize equipment before and after each plant until I can rule out a contagion or not. Planing to update my feed and get some ppm measurements. Also I’m thinking the MXL is ready for a little Regalia and a foliar feed. Only thing is a 2 hour window from 3-5am! But I will feed a little Regalia and Venerate sometime this week.

The babies grow very nicely. This will be the last grow with NDL after which I will switch to LED ATTIS

Final week: temp 20 , lights 20 hours, Par 400 slacked them off to increase stress slightly and trichomes development, RH 37%, (recommend crystal poured on once I dropped it) flushed 12 days before harvest. Water ph 6.2 . Ppm 150, sugar daddy carbohydrates was used highly recommend the smell increased tremendously after I fed them a full dose of this stuff. Runoff ppm 250 ph 6.2, water temp was bit colder then usual also. Harvest , went with a full plant cut this time, for slower dry hopefully and easier lol. I simply rose my scrog and made sure heat and fans aren’t directly on my weed, and gun them upside down after trimming just the big fan leafs off. Temp is 20 and RH is 50% , lights are off. Trimmed and put in jars after 5 days and they were reading a humidity level of 72% so I will just burp the jars for couple hours daily until I achieve 60 ish percent. As for my first over all auto flower grow is was a challenge, I am definitely excited to try them again and hopefully have a little more bud development because I didn’t have the time to train these properly and the lower bud sites are rather light and I want dense this buds. I will really benefit from a PAR meter and co2 meter next grow that’s the last variables I need to perfect. . I hope y’all enjoyed this diary seeyou in a couple months. -Sir Dill

66 days!!!! and it's harvest day already, the girl ripened beautiful flowers while I was on vacation :) my house smells very delicious sweet aroma, the unexpectedly early summer +30, and +33° in the suitcase accelerated her growth and she really suffered from stress because of it, 106 grams of wet harvest on the scales, I'm waiting to taste it :) good luck to everyone :)

Wir schreiben die vierte Woche der Wachstumsphase. Letzte Woche hatte ich erst das Gefühl es verschlimmert sich, dann hat es sich scheinbar verbessert. Ich bin mir ehrlich gesagt noch nicht 100% sicher was jetzt das genaue Problem ist bzw was den Pflanzen fehlt. Sind sie jetzt von einem Cal/Mag Defizit in eine Überdüngung geraten? 🤔 Oder sind es wirklich einfach nur die kleinen Töpfe..? Naja die Pflanzen sind mittlerweile auf jeden Fall jeweils zu viert in ihren 15l Töpfen (Endtöpfe), haben also jeweils ca 3,75l Substrat,... mit der üblichen Mischung + Biotabs Palette ( leider finde ich hier keine Auswahlmöglichkeit zu Mengenangaben von Feststoff.-/Streudünger wie g/l(Substrat) ) Außerdem haben sie eine schöne BoomBoom Spray Dusche bekommen, fantastisches Zeug - ich liebe es und die Pflanzen lieben es noch viel mehr. Day 14, Two of the Orange Sherbets are a little behind & the one I’m trying to pull back from nutrient burn.. So far the White Widow Autos by Seedsman have been doing the best! Day 17 two of the Orange sherbet are a little behind the rest of the plants but overall I would say everything is going good! Seems like the orange sherbet that had the nutrient burn is starting to bounce back! Day 19 They are all really starting to take off! Probably gonna do some LST tonight or tomorrow!

The situation is starting to get super interesting also for our Zamnesia photoperiods, we have new and very different strains that are expressing themselves very well, Karen Kush, Test 1, Test 2, Cosmic Noodles and Runtz are already making my mouth water, it is the grass that I will be consuming during the magical Christmas and end of year periods, it must be done well to give nice trips to me and those who are with me. Day 14 Veg: A great start to the week once they settled into their new pots. hopefully i havent stunted their progress. The mutant Banana Mash is now trying to normalise a little more with new growth. Still fairly twisted but on the mend. The other 3 are more typical of new plants with their growth . I have topped one and fimmed another with one being left natural at this point. They are on their 5th node mainly ( except mutant!) and I am hoping to open their frames right up to get light to all new growth equally. I don't think they will grow too tall by design and I don't want to limit their growth in any way so i will gently manage them as they grow. The Purple Monkey are doing brilliantly so far with plenty of vigorous growth among them. I am holding the 5th nodes down on two of them and have fimmed one. These are in bigger 60L pots so should use the space to its best I think. I also have 2 plants that came from the recent harvest. One of the ladies must have had a pollen sack hid away that managed to seed a few of the exotic girls amd visited some possible viable hybrids. 2 of these are now in the grow alongside. I will be watching them like a hawk and any sign of a testicle will result in a slaughtering of the LGBGTQ sympathiser instantly . lol We do male or female only unlike the human race !!. heehee ( bit of a political hot potato!). I gave them an actual megacrop feed today to boost the available elements for the speedy growth coming. The L.o.s is still active and providing enough nutrition but I am trying to avoid the drop once the stretch period gets busy and saps the available food from it. This seems to have been happening most crops since beginning using it to avoid the leaves losing their solent green colour too fast like starvation can cause. I also added a touch of calmag to counter the L.e.d leeching that often occurs in flowering. So there we have it Growmies. A good week with the beginning of l.s.t and some promising growth. Another issue that I have managed to resolve is the R.h. We are getting warm dry air now so the room is getting silly hot and very dry at around 40% . This is great for the flowering times but has been an issue for veg in the past. not wanting to invest in a humidifier that is costly and expensive to run , I had resulted to using towels in buckets to attempt to raise it this does work in a totally sealed tent , in my leaky d.i.y "tailored " one , this has been hard to maintain. The solution came in the form of a vicks vaporiser that I bought from fleabay. It works perfectly to bring up the rh to around 70% on its lowest setting. The tank is enough to hold a days supply of water and shuts off with the lights. simple but effective fix to a common problem we face indoors. Be safe and well. Until next time.
