I was told to never judge a strain purely off it's THC percentage. To smell a plant, and what your nose picks out is generally the strain that will jive the best with the endocannabinoid system in your body. This strain exemplifies that. It's only around 17% but the high is amazing. An under-rated strain for sure. Very easy strain to grow. Although the same strain, one looked pretty different and was much frostier despite getting the exact same treatment from seed to chop.

This grow went beautifully other than the strain I was also running ended up being a hermie and pollinated this one. She really didn’t produce much seed and focused on putting on weight surprisingly enough. So I decided to finish her out and see what happens, gotta say I’m glad I did! Will be without a doubt the biggest yielding plant I’ve grown indoor from seed. ******after 4-5 day drying period******* 6oz in the photo however this is just the tops and a few select lower buds that were sizeable! Still have the whole lower portion hanging in the garage. I’ll update with a full dry weight in a week after she get in some jars.

Flowering continues RHC #2 is starting to show color & both are starting to smell sweet, the Chemdawg & C99 plants are budding up nicely. Watered day 103 runoff PPMs are 2199 average with a pH of 5.2

We back with some buckets! Time to fire up the pumps and get this show on the road. Soaked this beautiful little gem of a bean in some water until it cracked then threw it into the bucket with 100% perlite. Started them on a low dose of maxigro on day 3. Doing these diy Dutch Bucket style as always. Going to be running 8 in house genetics strains on the system with constant 24 hour a day irrigation. Not much exciting going on yet, but with a little luck that may change pretty soon.

Got this seed from the the purple cookie kush v1 surprisingly she sprung up…hopefully it’s a fem but a male would be nice for some pollen. Whatever comes I’m ready.

Plant looking way better than it did after being in a clone shipper for 3 days. repotted and pre amended the Jobe's All purpose for 8 weeks. The GH is there to cover the plant until the the all purpose starts to break down in about a week. The blood and bone meal will not be available for at least 2 weeks as they are long term food for the soil microbes.

Nov 29: They seem to be accelerating in veg growth but I see a small portion of the leaf on the smaller plant either grew in mutated or somthing cut it, I haven’t seen a single bug in the box so I don’t think it’s that but you never know, and the bigger plant has some issues near the base of its stem, I noticed it before I did the LST and now I’m wondering if I should have addressed that issue before starting the LST. Let me know what you guys think! Dec 2: Walked into the room and noticed a faint smell, wasn’t any smell last night when I started the LST on the slower girl. Further inspection showed some white pistols on the bigger girl, I believe she is the culprit for the smell as the other seems about a week behind. They are both now LST‘d and leaf tucked. Dec 6: I have tied down some of the longer chutes on the bigger plant (will see in week 5 update) to create more airflow and light penetration as I didn’t even realize how bushy the stem and node sections had gotten. I have also cut the chutes coming off the first true leaf. I don’t think I will make any cuts to the smaller one as it’s already a slower growing pheno. Going on a trip starting the end of week secede to late week 8, so I have a automatic feeder coming from Amazon, and I will continue using it through flower to reduce open tent time.

11/15 - Day 43 - I've changed the light schedule on the timer from 20/4 to 18/6. I will be heading out of town for 10 days on December 25th and so I'll need to harvest and hang to dry by the 24th at the latest. I've read in a few forums that decreasing the lights on/lights off ratio can speed flower maturation on auto-flowers. The other growers also mentioned that the decrease in light also reduces yields, but on such a tight timeline I'd trade total yield for more fully ripened buds any day of the week. Would certainly be interested if anybody has experience/knowledge that contradicts what I've read. Plants stretched another 2 inches in the last 24 hours putting them 22 inches from the light. I still have room to raise my light another 2 inches, but if these girls stretch more than 6 more inches they'll be < 18 inches from the light which I'm assuming would cause light burn based on the research i've done on this 600W ViparSpectra reflector series. Here's hoping they don't stretch more than 6 inches from here. 11/17 Day 45 - Haircut day. Left a few fan leaves on the shorter/lower shoots, but took almost everything else. Tallest tops had stretched another 4 inches in the past 48 hours, and were 18 inches from the light. I raised the light the final 2 inches I had available, which places it back to 20 inches from the tallest bud sites. Hopefully the haircut I gave the plants slows down the stretch, but either way it looks like I'll have to do a lot of retraining before I head out of town tomorrow for 5 days. 11/18 Day 46 - Fed nutes. Cal mag + advanced nutrients (micro, grow, bloom), and MKP. 4 Litres of water per plant. A lot of runoff in the saucers, but I'm out of town for the next 5 days so I'm leaving it to be absorbed throughout the week.

Por el momento la solución mantiene la misma formulación. Espero lograr obtener un poco más de crecimiento. Día 13. Fue una semana movida así que no pude actualizar más. Ya estan en una altura interesante. Estuve cortando las flores chicas en las ramas bajas. Aún espero que sigan estirando un poco, dado que la variedad es sativa. Espero tener más referencias pronto, porque por ahora no imagino ni de casualidad lo que puede llegar a ser.

Week 19, and it's like my plants have hit a leafy plateau – the growth seems to have slowed down, or maybe I've just gotten used to their leafy antics. But hey, who needs fast growth when you've got an overwhelmingly beautiful smell wafting out of your tent? When I open the tent, it's like stepping into a fragrant paradise. The smell is sweet, strong, and just downright heavenly. Is this how heaven smells? If so, sign me up for eternity in a leafy paradise! But it's not all sweet smells and smooth sailing. I've noticed a slight discoloration of some leaves, and I suspect it might be due to a pH issue. Time to put on my plant detective hat and make some adjustments. I'm switching to feeding only pH water for the rest of the grow, hoping to nip this issue in the bud (pun intended). So here's to Week 19 – a week of heavenly smells, pH detective work, and the ongoing adventure of growing these amazing plants. Week 2 Day 2: Things are going well. We had some high humidity and a little algae, so I increased the fan level. There was also some slight bubbling in the leaves which could be due to the humidity, so I'm keeping an eye on that. Otherwise, things are looking good. Planning to water today (8/8), and keep an eye on them for the rest of the week. Feels like patience is key at this point. Will need to decide on feed schedule soon, and will be PH'ing my water for the first time today. Will also continue researching LST methods. Week 2 Day 7: Still struggling with high humidity. My grow is in my basement, and in the summer it stays around 70% RH. When the tent was at 80% RH I opened the vents and had the airflow running pretty high. I couldn’t come up with any other way to decrease it, so I went to Facebook marketplace and got a dehumidifier. Ran it overnight in the basement yesterday and the humidity has not really changed and there were barely droplets of water in it 😭. I’m going to try putting it in the tent if things don’t change.
