Explosive growth this week! Must of doubled in size. Some kind of hungry insects, caterpillars maybe? Minor leaf damage, nothing major. Going to keep up with Neam/Aloe/Kelp spray. No rain in the foreseeable future, 26c every day, early summer for sure. Doesnt appear to need any extra nutrients, will add some more Gaia Green next week. I've had Lupins here for the past few years, which are Legumes and have great nitrogen fixing qualities, not to mention this entire patch of land had 20 years of old decaying blackberry bramble which were cleared 3 years ago when we bought the place, and the soil is some of the richest I've ever seen. No shortage of Nitrogen in there. I'll be honest, this plant is twice the size this time of year then the last 2 years I've been growing outdoors. I'm a little concerned I'll need my ladder come Oct! I did FIM once earlier in the week, will FIM ever 2-3 weeks till July to try and keep the height under control.

Grew really well. As I said topped early on during veg. And trained her with LST the wk before flipping and adjusted during. Defoliation was done as a move node training tool, aswel as crop steering "water starvation" to make the plant produce bigger buds from her own steam. With heavy airflow through the grow it make for a real strong girl that loved life right till the end and produced close to 2oz of dried bud. Trimming was an ease. Very sticky and fruity while trimming. Notes of pineapple and an earthy scent, (like a wooden forest). Very fruity as I said with notes of citrus also but overwhelming blueberry scent that has dominated her scent after 2 weeks curing. Was burped 2x a day 1st week . And now its done once a day. Blueberries are so lush and ripe it's like holding a handful of fresh picked fruit.

I switched auto Lavender to ph water about 3 days ago. She has started fading already. She grew great under the Mars hydro FC4800 light, with the Agrogardens nutrition. She grew too big to be honest for my space. She stuffered light burn across the canopy due to size. This is one of those times a net would of served me well. Lots of flowery smelling colas that feel dense. She is starting to fox tail from being too close to the FC4800 before I switched the light to a Medic grow mini sun 2 for summer. She has amazing roots from the Agrogardens nutrition. had some left over fish shit tea brew from the veg run, so I gave it to the flowering girls right now, due to the brewing there are only low levels of N and lots of microbes. Worry about the microbes and the plants will uptake what they need, this philosophy seems to be working very well.

G13 auto appears to be doing good beside the slight leaf damage from the neem oil spray. I had russet mites in a grow space 2 over. So I treated everything that was in vegging. I would rather have a little leaf damage for a moment, and have a better chance of being a successful grow. The new growth looks fine. She is under the Medic Grow Mini Sun 2. So I treated everything not flowering to be safe. She didn't get training after the spraying. It was stressful enough as the leaves are showing. She did get a fresh solution change for first time. She's is extremely frosty and gives off a super strong smell of fruity goodness. She'll be cut down today, so stay tuned for the subsequent harvest report and pics. All in all, first time DWC bucket grow went well, in my estimation. It's a lot of work, but the results speak for themselves. I learned a lot with respect to monitoring ph, ppm, and ppfd readings, as well as reading my plant for visual cues. I eventually understood I needed daily readings b/c growing hydro conditions can change on a dime, especially for someone new to this growing method. But once I found my stride, the process became easier. Another lesson learned was how much space is needed for vegetative and flower stretch. Sunday the 14th of May Day 18 of 12/12 defoliation done still need to clean up the lower part of the plant a bit more I just hadn’t got the time to do them I will get back in on day 21 to clean up the bottom of the plants any branches that haven’t made up past the first trellis will definitely be removed and see how it’s looking all feeding same as previous week looks like the stretch is almost done and buds starting to form front left plant doesn’t look great but the other 3 are looking good nice bud sites for day 18 of 12/12
