I haven’t seen any more thrips in the greenhouse since the first treatment 10 or so days ago. Saw a leaf hopper in there though 😡

No res change right now, still working with a fresh res. Low PPM, pH is dropping, leaves are turning crisp. Added some H202 today. They slowed water uptake, nutrient uptake, have had some heat spikes with weather and 3rd light, turned down 3rd light to about 80% power.

08/16/2020 She seems to be recovering well I think she was hungry. So fert. (4-9-3) spikes and LAB worked well together. Affected leaves are fading, new growth looks good. And not a spot of PW any where! We are getting some light rain throughout the day but still could use more rain

Fo' Twenny here back with another update! I will be updating and uploading more photos through out the week. I hope you'll ride along and give me a follow! The deets: Feeding with .2 ml/gal of RapidStart and .2 ml/gal of SuperThrive, Adjusted pH to 6.5 and then add .25 tsp of recharge. 8/16 - 8 days post sow. All but 2 seeds have sprouted. I was especially concerned for the Melon Gum because I only had a 2 pack and both beans were quite pale. I gently dug around in the peat pellets and found the bean with a fresh, healthy tap root! I expect she should be popping up by tomorrow evening. The other bean yet to pop is the Jenny Kush. I was gifted 5 Jenny Kush seeds, and I will wait until tomorrow to see if she sprouts a tap root before popping another one. Hopefully, I will have more luck with the next one. Successful germination in 16 of 17 photoperiod seeds. With a total of 19 of 20 if you include the 3 autoflowering cultivars running along side. They're being documented in separate diaries and will stay in the veg tent when the photoperiods are moved into the bloom room. Go check 'em out! 8/20 Update: Melon Gum has sprouted. If you're not following my Zkittlez Auto diary, you missed that I almost killed this girl on accident. Graceful me, knocked over her solo cup and she got stuck to a sticky trap. Her stem split in half and I put a piece fabric medical tape to mend her and she is actually growing and doing well regardless of her injuries. All the girls, except Jenny have sprouted and are developing. I planted a new Jenny seed 8/18 and left the original in too, just in case. First of all, a big thank you to @BeanswithPork. He gifted this cultivar to my dad, who has a special place in his heart for Blackjack the game. Secondly, I am blessed to have such great results for my first grow ever. This plant was grown under the guide of my dad @Budxs and I learned a bunch from hi m this year. I have just smoked the first taste of this after a weks cure and I can rank it up there with some of the best weed I have ever smoked in my life. The taste is just perfect, citrusy and a bit fruity. The high is immediate and seems to be uplifting and makes me giggle. I live this stuff and I will grow more!!! Thank you to all for following, it has been a blast.

Started this week with a DIY trellis net that has really opened the canopy, now covering almost 80% of the tents foot print with colas! Some real nice smells while twisting and bending the branches to shape the net. In super soft water area (40ppm) so adding cal/mag to water to bring ppm up to 100ish.

Hi all. A good week of growth for the Amnesia haze lady despite the crazy temps in the UK the past few weeks. 31°c heatwaves daily have had some negatives on the recovering 2 girls . The amnesia is a huge plant now for my room dimensions and I would love to see the results from an outside grow of this amazing strain. I took a lot of lower growth tips out and wish i could have took clones as they were such good strong examples of her. I cannot sing her praises enough at this point and she jas took to her training with no issues at all. I am hoping to give them another 2 weeks max which will give the other plants time to recover and get some size back on. The Red hot cookies has remained yellow except a few lower growth points , she had some very damaged roots from the root rot and temps but still managed to add some height and side growth. The tank changes and new res mix should hopefully support her to keep the new roots healthy and growing. The Sweet Afghani Delicious has been trying really well to keep herself growing too. Her ability to overcome such a hit with root rot and keep going gives me a positive note on this strain. Her recovery is expected soon now so should give her a good chance to harvest well. Overall I am happy with what is here following such a difficult attack by heat and pathogens. Watch those res tanks in the heat above 21°c guys , pathogens thrive at this temp !.

Hi all Another week in the heat and all are still alive and well. FFT#8 Is now at the bare maximum , showing some green. !! She took such a terrible hit in the NFT tank due to high temps here in the UK. The cube it was in has been crumbling and rotting but has now been treated so she is in a new space in the other tank. Her size is tiny a d inthinknit will be a miracle if she makes a good harvest. She did well to survive the root rot though son there is hope. FFT#9 Has has a brilliant week catching up with the other ladies in soil pots. I began training her out a couple of weeks ago and have now re bent her knuckles to pump them up again. I took a lot of lower growth out to get some airflow around her now and she is taking on a planned ball shape nicely. She is a nice syrain to grow sonfar and is starting to have a tacky feel to her when handled. She is also taking on a little fruit smell too. FFT#10 Is a monster in the making. Her stems are nice and thick and have tooknreally well to the training sessions. Like her counterpart , she is tacky to touch now and a hint of a smell is starting. Her overall size in the huge pot is at least 3ft across already. Having to wait for the FFT#8 to catch up is going to be a task. The soil pots are taking a good 8L every 2 days and not looking overrated at all. They are so healthy and vigerous. Be safe Growmies
