11/07/25: We just entered the third week of flowering and the explosive growth definitely stopped in the past few days! Buds are forming nicely along every branch, stacked with those first white pistils! In the close-ups, you can see those tight clusters starting to take shape, soon the candy factory will be open for business! 🍬I gave them a light feed of Plagrom Green Sensation (1ml/L) to keep the flower sites happy, and they are clearly loving it. No signs of stress, just pure jungle energy. 🦍

09/10: I did some topping over the last couple of days and will be doing some more over the next week or so. I’ve done 8 and 16 main top mainlining in the past. And for this one I have decided to take a similar but less aggressive approach. Essentially training at the 2nd and 3rd nodes with a goal to bush out 8 mains, maybe 16 - but that might be a bit to bushing for 4 plants in this tent. They are growing fine and healthy, but i am stressing them out like crazy at the moment, and so they are not as happy as they could be, but they will bounce back trained up within a couple weeks.

D61 (21/01/2021): First day for week 5 of flowering. It's incredible how the buds are forming and getting bigger. It easily doubled (if not more) in size in the last 7 days. Since beginning of bloom, I normally gave water every other days. I make sure the soil is dry and the pots feel light when I lift them before giving any water. But it's not ideal cause it means that the plant drank all the water at his disposal and maybe it missed some. I will try a different watering schedule by giving water every 36 hours instead of every 48 hours. I will still make sure the soil his not wet and the pot not heavy (soil full of water) when I will give water. At this stage, they need a lot of nutrients to produce big buds. I will give nutrients every other feeding and only Max Minerals the others. Today I gave 1/2 of the recommended dose of Max Minerals. - temp: 24-26C light ON ; 21-22C light OFF - water: PH6.3 , 329PPM , less then a gallon each - run off: PH6.9 and 1090PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH6.9 and 940PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 50% light ON ; 48-49% light OFF D62 (22/01/2021): Nothing special for today. All base on mid late flower recommended dose. Relative humidity % was difficult to maintain low last night. It is normal since I give water more often. I removed leaves to help reduce humidity. They say 65-75 day from seed. My girls are not ready. I guess maybe 2 more weeks. The trichomes are all cloudy for Glue Gelato and 90% cloudy 10% clear for Banana Kush. I think it is time to start flushing. I will only give tap water at proper PH for the next 10-14 days and keep looking at trichomes. I consider also reducing air temperature and humidity for the rest of the grow. Glue Gelato is getting very frosty! She has approximately 50% white pistils and 50% brown pistils but she keep growing new pistils. Banana Kush is less frosty but thicker and look a bit behind in maturity compared with Glue Gelato. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 21-22C light OFF - water: PH6 , 440PPM , less then a gallon each - run off: PH6.8 and 930PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH6.8 and 1220PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 48% light ON ; 47-50% light OFF D67 (27/01/2021): The electric breaker where all the equipment of my tent is plug tripped. It took me around 20 min to notice it. During that time the relative humidity % went up around 75%. I don't think it will cause anything bad but I wanted to document it. I started the flush today by giving tap water at proper PH. The tap water of my city is around 130-140 PPM. Die Purple Punch sieht aus, als hätte sie einen leichten Brand UND einen leichten Mangel. Allerdings werden die oberen Zuckerblätter auch schon langsam lila... muss ich beobachten. Die Gelato hat auf jeden Fall was. Ich sehe einen leichten Kaliummangel und einen Calcium-Überschuss. Zusätzlich verdrehte Blätter, was auf PH-Schwankungen deutet - aber bei Living Soil eigentlich nicht von Bedeutung sein sollte. Ich lasse das CalMag erst einmal weg. Und pegel den PH die nächsten Gießvorgänge ein. Mal sehen, wie sie darauf reagiert. Ich denke insgesamt ist der VPD zu hoch. Ich wollte die Pflanzen ein wenig pushen aber das ist zu viel. Easy strain to grow. Responds well to training . Good yielder too . I had a problem with the gorilla skittles plant. It went hermi in the last week. So i ended up trimming an ounce off her and using the rest for hash . Gelato wasn't a great finisher either. Harvested around 2 ounce off her . Smoke is average but a nice fruity flavour. The alien Ogs were excellent though I will be definetly trying them again in the future . The high was just what I wanted . Strong but relaxing , you can either get really creative on this strain or you can giggle a lot . The after effects make you sleepy too so maybe a better mid day/night time smoke . Alien pheno 1 was super sticky with purple hues throughout the buds . Probably the best girl I've ever grown. Gave me 5 Oz of top quality . Next time I shall be going for all alien Ogs . It's an excellent strain. Total weights Alien og 2plants - 250g dried Gelato 1 plant - 56g Gorilla skittles 32g plus hash 334g dried buds . Not a great return from 480 watts. But I'm happy with how the alien og turned out. I have decided to give some autos a go next as this one was a long grow for one of them to go hermi . So will be trying some Strawberry pies from Fast Buds . Happy growing 🌱

Plucked a few more leaves but other than that just feed them this week including bloom. Also gave them some rice starch (from boiled rice water collection) on day 42 as a boost for the microbes 👍 Turned the IR off now and turned up to 34000lux

Chapter 13: He who smelt it... Added another compost tea of flower power and molasses, just a couple tablespoons now for the past 3 weeks. No more male flowers, I think I was just freaking out about some pre-flowers that never really developed. That said...it's suddenly starting to smell quite strongly now, both plants are leaning into their GMO genetics. At this point I'm probably going to need to do some something or the neighbors will start complaining the plants are creating a "public nuisance"... Stay tuned for some desperate measures.

Oggi sono 21 giorni da quando ho messo il seme nella terra. Per non aver mai fatto crescere nessuna pianta in vita mia sono molto soddisfatto. Avevo letto tantissime cose prima di iniziare , e fino ad ora possa dire che più facile farlo che leggerlo, decine di siti tanto regole simili, ma tantissime regole contrapposte dai vari siti. 3 febbraio primo giorno terza settimana passato, solita situazione 4 piantine felici una ancora bloccata. Oggi mi sono divertito a silenziare gli estrattori. E come dicevo più facile farlo direttamente. Oggi fatto un esperimento di lst . La pianta dopo poche ore ha rialzato la testa. Stasera applicherò lst a tutti i piantini. 23 giorno dalla semina Approfitto del sole e della temperatura mite per fargli godere di un giorno di sole. 26 giorno ho alzato la lampada fino ad 80 cm, misurando con un fotometro mi sono reso conto che a quella distanza la mia lampada da 50000 lumen quasi. E quindi ho capito a cose erano dovute le bruciature dei giorni passati. Sto pensando di prendere una lampada meno potente. Però con questi accorgimenti le piante negli ultimi 4 giorni sono raddoppiate se non triplicate

They fit perfectly in the 8l RootPoch pots, so at time i didn't fixed them to the pots.
